This goes back to the previous point, with the increasing amount of users now opting to use their phone to view a website (due to convenience of them always being in our damn hands!) the need for a mobile optimised site is critical to your businesses performance and growth.

Just because your website is responsive, doesn’t mean that it’s mobile optimised! It may be that you need to re create some sections of the desktop site because they physically wont work on a screen that’s a complete different size and shape. It may be that some sections or elements need to be removed on the mobile design to allow the important stuff to have enough room to breath and for the user to be able to digest it all.
